WHO IS PRANAY KUMAR ?

PRANAY KUMAR, a business coach with 30 + years of corporate professional hands-on work experience.

During his professional journey, he worked with worldwide known brands like TATA, CUMMINS, TOYO, YAZAKI, JOHNSON CONTROL, CAPARO, HYVA.

He started his career as GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE of TATA MOTORS ( leading vehicle manufacturer ). He worked for 20 + years for TATA’s various entities like TATA CUMMINS ( Engine Manufacturing ), TATA AUTO COMP SYSTEMS ( Auto Component Manufacturing). 

He was a business head for CAPARO ( UK based Group ) central India and was also COO JMT Auto Ltd, both tier 1 vendor for Indian automotive manufacture.

He is also certified Independent Director's proficiency certificate from IICA ( Ministry of Corporate Affairs India).

He exposed himself to professional certifications/skills like six sigma ( Cummins Certification), ISO 9000 Lead Assessor (Cranfield University Certification ), Senior Business Leadership Program ( Tata Business Excellence Certification ), Project Management ( XLRI program ), Organisational Behaviour ( XLRI program )

 He has hands-on experience profit centre management, operations & supply chain management, business development, client relationship management, strategic planning, people management, project management, operational & business excellence.

He has experience in the entrepreneurial venture of setting up a small manufacturing/industrial set up.  

He has been regularly coaching the individuals & enterprises as part of his job deliverable. He has also been interacting and coaching young students and had spoken to more than 2000 + individuals on various topics, mainly dealing in BEHAVIOURAL aspect. He regularly cooperates with educational institutes as part of industry-academia interaction.

He is an alumnus of BIT Sindri (1985-89, Mechanical Engineering ).
